Aero Alliance Avenza Customer Reporting Specialist

The role will be focused on data analysis and tracking, and will have frequent contact with the two Channels, acting as entry point in monitoring the activities performed in Aero Alliance Avenza Shop.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Key contact for customer inquiries, customer complaint (issue) resolution process. Work with operations to understand and communicate commits and status to customers.
- Broadening knowledge of own technical discipline to execute policy/strategy. May include support roles with specialized technical field of knowledge; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills.
- Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
- May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolves issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
- Creating an update progress report for customer job
- Facilitating the validation of parts using specific tool and reports.
- Coordinate with CFM and other team the plan in order to target the delivery based on medium planning
- Updating planning files/tool in order to communicate in the right way the plan for all each job

ESSENTIAL CHARACTERISTICHS
- Familiar with office tools and proficient with Excel (must have)
- Familiar with business intelligence and reports download and data manipulation (must have)
- Previous experience in complex and matrix organization (desired) and in planning
- Good level of English language in speaking and writing
