**Description**:

We are currently reinforcing our **Danieli Construction Team**

**Workplace**: Italy with availability for frequent worldwide travel)

**Responsibilities**:

- Develops 2D and 3D engineering designs ensuring compliance with Danieli standards
- Coordinates interface disciplines such as mechanical, fluidic, electrical, HVAC, and fire-fighting systems
- Reviews input data to verify adequacy and suggest improvements, aiming to produce high-quality engineering in line with contractual timelines
- Comments on the final design received from subsidiaries/external offices
- Supports the Project Engineer/Project Manager during client meetings, contributing to technical discussions
- Organizes own work within the project schedule and proposes possible improvements and optimizations to work activities

**Technical Requirements**:

- Surveyor / Building Technician, Bachelor's Degree in Industrial or Civil Engineering
- Good level of English, both written and spoken
- Excellent knowledge of technical drawing and 2D/3D design software (Autodesk, AutoCAD, Aveva PDMS and/or E3D, BOCAD, Autodesk Navisworks)
- Strong understanding of installation engineering for industrial plants
- Basic knowledge of underground line design (electrical, sewage, and general fluid systems)
- Ability to perform quantity take-offs and sensitivity to concrete volumes during the design phase
- Basic knowledge of structural engineering principles
- Basic knowledge of geotechnical engineering

**Business Unit**:
The team you will be part of develops civil and plant engineering designs for various Danieli product lines (flat products, direct reduction plants, water treatment plants, auxiliary systems). It stands out for its multidisciplinary approach, with the ability to integrate and coordinate the needs of all technical disciplines involved in the context of highly complex steelmaking plants in an international environment.
