Based in our headquarters in **Carpi (MO),** Italy, we’re looking for a motivated and energetic **Footwear Product Line Manager **to join our **Footwear Team.**

This is a very interesting position within our organization for a talented professional who is willing to

bring his/her own experience to contribute to the business growth.

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Create New Product / Category Opportunities to expand the business and create Seasonal Relevant Product Range to meet EndConsumers needs;
- Seasonal Product Briefing and Line Plan Style level;
- Share responsibility (Merchandise) to manage the product lines through a process of line planning, internal designs, development meetings until prototype approvals and launching the lines at the international meeting ensuring that the final collection is reflecting market needs;
- Guide Sales Teams to drive business and meet seasonal goals;
- Monitor Product Creation Process;
- Product Segmentation;
- Collaborate with Development Manager to hit required cost prices (FOB) and Constantly challenging product costing and how costing affects product quality, margin & net sales from design phase to production;
- Shared responsibility to hit required Margin + Profitable goals;
- Competition & Consumer Analysis;
- Regular visits of markets, fairs and suppliers

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**
- 5 10 years of experience in the role;
- Very good knowledge of consumer trends, fashion/lifestyle market and retail environment as well as the sportswear market focus on EMEA;
- Very strong analytical skills, overall business orientation;
- Very strong Product knowhow;
- Knowledge of MS Office environment (Excel, Power Point, etc.)

**SKILLS and ATTITUDES**
- Very good organizational skills to manage complex processes and calendars
- Team player mentality, high flexibility, entrepreneur spirit and open mindedness
- Very good verbal and written language skills in English
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High degree of resilience, flexibility and willingness to travel.
