Mission

As part of the Group financial reporting team the selected person will be involved in all the activities aiming to produce adequate, accurate, reliable, and «on time» financial data related to the Group.

Main Accountabilities
- Prepare periodic instructions & annual calendar in collaboration with Business and Operational teams and set up the Consolidation system (including the new user authorization management).
- Review Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow captions submitted by local companies in collaboration with Business and Operational teams for actual/planning closing.
- Compute some Corporate manual entries (such as “profit on stock”, tax impact, etc.) and ensure the posting of all manual entries.
- Prepare actual monthly internal reporting for Top management.
- Provide specific reports to other internal departments upon “on demand” requests.
- Submit all actual data requested by shareholder, including additional information and related analysis requested on monthly basis.
- Submission of Cash flow and TAX reported for the planning session.
- Deal with external auditors by providing all documentation requested for auditing purposes.
- Ensure the definition and the implementation of the Group reporting system in collaboration with the IT department, including new developments and training to the local subsidiaries.
- Guarantee the definition and the implementation both of the Group Accounting Manual and governance of Group Chart of Accounts.
- Provide adequate training/support to new F&A colleagues on closing activities, including accounting treatments, closing process, reporting tools, etc.
- Ensure the training and coaching of the resources and development of teamwork & transversal cooperation.

- SAP relevant to the specific profile
- Power BI
- ESG reporting (EU Taxonomy)

Required experience:

- Previous experience in a corporate function of a multinational group will be a plus.
