Stage E-commerce finalizzato all'assunzione Azienda Fashion Leader **Dipartimento E-commerce**

**Il ruolo**
Per il potenziamento del nostro team, stiamo cercando una figura da inserire nel **Customer Service**, con l’obiettivo di garantire un’esperienza cliente impeccabile e contribuire attivamente alla crescita del canale e-commerce.

**Responsabilità principali**
- Supporto pre e post-vendita: taglie, spedizioni, resi, rimborsi
- Coordinamento con logística, magazzino e reparto e-commerce per risoluzione rapida dei problemi
- Gestione reclami e problematiche con approccio orientato alla soluzione
- Monitoraggio ordini e aggiornamento clienti su eventuali ritardi o modifiche
- Collaborazione con i reparti marketing e commerciale per feedback sul servizio clienti

**Requisiti**
- Laurea preferibilmente in **Lingue** o discipline affini
- Ottima conoscenza dell’italiano e **fluente padronanza dell’inglese** (la conoscenza di una seconda lingua straniera - francese o tedesco - è considerata un plus)
- Ottime capacità comunicative scritte e orali
- Precisione, empatia, pazienza e forte orientamento al cliente

Durata contratto: 6 mesi

Retribuzione: €600,00 al mese
