We are located in the Crema area and operate mainly in the field of Vacuum creation, Oil cooling and lubrication.

We supply the Western major automotive companies and grow as a mechatronics business organization.

At our headquarters, R&D, Production, Sales and all related staff work in synergy, totaling about 500 employees.

Descrizione del lavoro

We are looking for a highly motivated **HR Business Partner** to join our team.

You will be responsible for the following activities:

- Translate the company mission into HR strategies and lead the associates lifecycle;
- Manage the hiring and recruiting process cooperating with the Talent & Acquisition team (definition of needs, hiring, on boarding and induction);
- Assist in the management of the international assignment process;
- Support and consult line managers by providing HR expertise in the areas of performance management, associate development, compensation and organizational development;
- Provide guidance on workforce planning, including headcount planning and budgeting;
- Collaborate closely with the Payroll Team in managing compensation and benefits.

Qualifiche
**Education**: Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or similar academic background;
**Experience**: 2-3 years in HR Business Partnering roles with experience in a similar paced industry;
**Know-How**:proficiency in SAP (SuccessFactor module); knowledge of labor legislation and metalworking industry CCNL.

**Personality**: high motivation, goal orientation, team working, proactivity and keen to continue learning and developing new skills.

**Language skills**: Fluent in both Italian and English.
