**Full-time position for a leading cosmetics company**: - **Work in Porto, Portugal**: - **Online recruitment process** We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer. **Responsibilities**: - Customer contact via live chat, phone, E-mails, webforms or Social 1:1. - Management of consumer requests relating to Information and complaints. - Providing excellent solutions, and service. - Providing product and beauty advice in a professional, precise and timely manner. **Requirements**: - Flawless communication skills, both **written and oral in Italian (C2)**+ Advanced English (B2); - Excellent communication skills, empathy & high focus on customer satisfaction - Customer orientation, problem solving skills, teamwork - Good IT skills - required competence and speed in the use of tools to report interactions **Nice to have**: - Prior experience in Cosmetics and Luxury sector is preferential - Knowledge and experience with digital and social media - Previous experience in Customer Service **What we offer** - Full time contract - Base salary without accommodation: 1240 € - Base salary with accommodation (room in shared apartment with bills included): 1040 € - You will also receive payment for completing the training **CONTRACT**: - Initial contract with a duration of 12 months, permanent after 2 years (or 1 renewal) - Private health insurance after contract signature (additionally to the standard insurance). **FOR INTERNATIONAL CANDIDATES**: - Airport pick-up and administrative assistance with your registration in Portugal; - Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 9 months of successful integration; - Free Portuguese lessons, sports activities, cooking lessons and much more - Interested in a new adventure? - APPLY TODAY to start your new job_ ?LWB> Pay: €1,040.00 - €1,240.00 per month Application Question(s): - When can you start working? - Do you want to relocate to Portugal? **Language**: - Italian (required) - English (required)
