We are looking for an ambitious and talented profile to join our Sales Administrative Department as Sales Adinistrative Assistant in Tavarnelle Val di Pesa (Florence, Italy) - Carapelli Firenze.
What are we looking for?
As part of the Sales Admin department you will perform the following activities:

- Recording promotional invoices,
- Entry and management of customer master data,
- Checking customer balances,
- Sending reports to customers.
- University degree or Technical Institute Diploma or equivalent training.
- Previous experience in accounting/administration in medium-sized, structured companies.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Business process orientation and good priority management.
- Good knowledge of IT systems (Office, Outlook), knowledge of SAP is desirable.
- Knowledge of both spoken and written English is a must. Knowledge of Spanish is a very nice to have.
