Our client is a Company with over 150 years of history and innovation and is specialized in the production of premium coffee and tea for hotels, restaurants and other businesses.

We are looking for a **BUSINESS PROCESS OWNER** who, by joining the Company, will report to Managing Director Production for Demand-to-Supply and will own and drive the process design and harmonization during the **SAP 4 HANA** implementation and beyond.

**SKILLS REQUESTED**:

- Degree in management/economics or computer engineering
- Experience in consulting firms or structured production companies
- **Previous experience** (2-3 years) in the analysis and the redefinition of production processes in a technological key
- **Project management** skills and **process analysis and design** skills
- Good knowledge of **SAP, MES System** and Office
- **Fluent English**

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**:

- Govern, proactively design and enhance the Demand-to-Supply end-to-end process structure
- Collaborate with process stakeholders and peers to ensure efficient process operations
- Monitor process performance and drive process improvement goals and investment decisions
- Manage process changes and ensure process compliance
- Own enabling technology decisions for end-to-end process, partnering with IT
- Define and communicate a clear vision and strategy for end-to-end processes
- Monitor process performance and identify opportunities for improvement

**OTHER RESPOSABILITIES**:

- Drive global adoption of standardized end-to-end processes, with mínimal regional/local customizations as required
- Make key decisions related to the process, including target setting, process performance, and financial management
- Drive major process redesign efforts and be accountable for successful implementation
- Promote data-driven and process-oriented continuous improvement culture
