Tender, ufficio gare, **La tua nuova azienda** Our Client is an international and innovative biopharmaceutical company dedicated in rare diseases treatments. **Il tuo nuovo ruolo** Reporting directly to the Patient Access Director we are looking for a Tender and Customer Care Manager for Italy Greece Malta & Cyprus. More in details: - Monitor the competitive scenario related to Tenders for all the products and drive Tender strategy to support Business Unit Director in different markets. - Manage the Tender external support during the documentation set up, the submission and the follow up of the activities - Ensure the correct Tender Alert, Track Tender Software and Tender Excel tools - Ensure the regular and prompt update of all regional “procurement portals”. - Ensure regular update to the Tender SOP according to legislation and ensure its full respect - Support Greece Country Manager in developing Tender Process - Vigilance Committee: Quarterly Audit Check activities regarding Tender management. He/she will manage supply chain activities and customer care activities with the support of dedicated internal resource. **Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successo** Is required minimum 5 years of experience in Tender role in Pharmaceuticals Industry. Excellent soft skills, determination and strong goal oriented attitude. Customer orientation and the ability to collaborate with the different company interlocutors are fundamental.
