Junior Real Estate Analyst

**Main Activities**:

- Research, collection and processing of market and socio-economic data
- Support on valuation of real estate portfolios or individual residential assets
- Portfolio analysis support, aimed at identifying the best strategies for the enhancement and / or management of heterogeneous real estate portfolios by geographical distribution and intended use, with particular focus on the Living sector
- Support on elaboration of market analysis through collection, processing and interpretation of data regarding demand, supply, real estate values, yields, rents and economic and demographic trends
- Key market parameters knowledge (values, yields, absorption times, etc.)
- Business Plan / DCFs and analysis of real estate investments in terms of yield, economic returns and risk profile

**Requirements**:

- A Master degree in Construction Engineering / Construction Management or Economics. Any post-graduate master in Real Estate Management will be a plus
- Good MS-Office knowledge, in particular Excel and Power Point
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in similar roles in prime Real Estate companies or in leading consulting firms
- Good English knowledge (written and spoken)
- Analytical skills, proactivity and a team-work attitude are essential
