Stiamo ricercando un Maintenance Manager per lo stabilimento di Potenza di una solida realtà italiana che opera nel settore della produzione e imbottigliamento di acque minerali e bevande analcoliche. Parliamo di una S.p.A. con oltre 300 dipendenti e un fatturato di 100 milioni di euro, che offre anche un contesto stimolante dove innovazione e miglioramento continuo sono all'ordine del giorno.
**Il tuo nuovo ruolo**
In qualità di Responsabile delle attività manutentive, riporterai direttamente al Plant Director e al Technical Manager, e sarai il diretto riporto per la squadra di manutenzione di stabilimento, pianificando e coordinando le attività da svolgere.
In particolare, la risorsa si occuperà di:
- Redigere il programma di manutenzione preventiva e correttiva delle macchine utensili, delle attrezzature e degli impianti;
- Coordinare e controllare i lavori di riparazione, manutenzione, miglioria sugli impianti e sulle macchine, essendo garante del buon funzionamento di tutte le attrezzature tecniche di un sito di produzione, assicurando, con la collaborazione del magazzino ricambi, la disponibilità dei materiali;
- Monitorare gli interventi di manutenzione rispetto alla pianificazione, priorità, costi e vincoli di produzione, proponendo miglioramenti da apportare per incrementare efficienza e performance;
- Monitorare gli sviluppi tecnologici e gestire documenti normativi e tecnici dell’azienda, prendendo iniziative rispetto agli sviluppi formativi, implementazione nuove attrezzature di backup, soluzioni per la riduzione dei costi;
- Collaborare con l’RSPP affinché si realizzino quegli aggiornamenti tecnici o procedurali che la continua evoluzione normativa e non rendessero necessari. Nello svolgimento di tale ruolo è Preposto ai sensi del D.Lgs. 81/08 e s.m. e i.;
- Assicurare il corretto aggiornamento ed archiviazione delle scadenze relative al D. Lgs. 81/08 di sua competenza; in via descrittiva e non esaustiva: apparecchi a pressione, impianti elettrici, conformità macchine ed impianti, etc..
