**Posizione**:
Consolidata** azienda metalmeccanica **della prima cintura di Torino, area Sud Ovest, è alla ricerca di un Operations Manager che operi secondo i valori strategici ed etici aziendali in qualità di collante dell’organizzazione.
**Principali Responsabilità**:
- Controllare le attività di produzione industriale nell’ottica di ottimizzare la performance delle risorse di stabilimento ed i flussi produttivi;
- Garantire la correttezza, completezza, fattibilità e trasparenza dei processi produttivi e delle tempistiche richieste;
- Verificare che il processo produttivo sia costantemente in conformità con gli standard qualitativi;
- Monitorare lo stato di avanzamento delle attività e gestire in prima persona le problematiche in base al livello di criticità riportando direttamente all’AD;
- Coordinare e gestire le risorse dei dipartimenti produttivi in cooperazione con il responsabile di produzione;
- Gestire le relazioni con i clienti e i fornitori.
**Requisiti**:
La **risorsa ideale** possiede ottime capacità relazionali, di organizzazione e gestione del tempo, doti di leadership e capacità di mediazione, orientamento al risultato, flessibilità, affidabilità, proattività e doti di problem solving.
**Requisiti tecnici**:
- Diploma presso istituti tecnici meccanici e similari o laurea in ingegneria gestionale
- Conoscenza dei processi di stampaggio in serie, assemblaggio e manutenzione in ambito metalmeccanico
- Conoscenza delle dinamiche e dei processi che coinvolgono le varie aree ed impianti della produzione
- 3-5 anni di esperienza in ambito automotive
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Capacità di lettura del disegno tecnico meccanico 2D e 3D
- Ottimo utilizzo del pacchetto Office, in particolare di Excel e PowerPoint

**Si richiede**: Disponibilità a trasferte in Italia.
**Si offre**: Orario di lavoro full time. Contratto a tempo indeterminato. RAL e Benefit verranno comunicati in sede di trattativa finale.
