**Your role**:
As the Junior Digital Marketing Specialist you will be part of the Digital Marketing Team based in our offices in Milan. Reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Manager you will support for planning, executing and managing Woolrich paid campaigns cross countries and cross platform.

**What you will do**:

- Daily support in management of biddable campaigns, including:

- targeting audience/creative materials definition and strategy
- optimization to increase full funnel performance (Awareness, Engagement, Traffic, ROAS)
- searching campaign issues and finding solutions
- Data analysis reporting to check spending and performance of each campaign by country
- Monitoring market trends, techniques, best practices, new tools

**Experience & qualifications you will bring**:

- Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Economics
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Strong interest in digital marketing
- Results-oriented with good analytical skills
- Proactivity and problem solving
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team working
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage different projects at the same time
- Passion for fashion and e-commerce field
- Readiness to learn, grow, adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Excel and Power Point
- Fluency in English
- Proven knowledge of Google Ads, Bing, Business Manager, Criteo, Google Analytics, Tiktok, Pinterest, Affiliation (Tradedoubler/Rakuten)
