HSPI SpA is a management consulting company founded in 2003 through the initiative of a small group of professionals with significant experience in leading multinational consulting companies. **ERP GOVERNANCE CONSULTANT**:
**What we are looking for**:
For expansion and strengthening of the staff in Rome, Milan and Bologna offices we are looking for profiles to be included in the role of ERP GOVERNANCE CONSULTANT.

People will be placed at Clients of primary importance in the Italian scene, with the constant support of Senior Consultants and managers of reference. In particular, resources will be responsible for:
Collection, definition and documentation of functional requirements of IT tools and technological architectures supporting business processes;
Drafting and execution of organizational Change Enablement plans;
Project management activities and monitoring of project progress;

**What is needed to apply**:
Good knowledge of both spoken and written English;
Previous experience in management consulting or system integration companies of 1 to 5 years;
Previous experience in ERP system implementation (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Infor) of at least 1 year;
Ability to manage relationships with different types of stakeholders;
Strong interest in Management Consulting, Business Process Analysis and/or Organizational Review;
Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, accuracy, organizational autonomy and a strong orientation towards teamworking and achieving results complete the profile.
