Siamo alla ricerca di un tirocinante con l'interesse per il mondo dei data center e la passione per la digitalizzazione e la tecnologia.
Inserito all'interno del nostro data center C21 la risorsa avrà la possibilità di affiancarsi alle attività di gestione del Data Center Manager, seguendone le procedure dalla fase di accoglienza dei clienti, alle attività di manutenzione svolte dai fornitori fino al design dei locali ospitanti i rack e alla relativa organizzazione.
**Obiettivi formativi**:
La risorsa avrà l'opportunità di apprendere le logiche di funzionamento di un data center compliant Tier IV.
A partire dai locali tecnici UPS fino alle isole e suite che ospitano le macchine dei clienti.
Conoscere le dinamiche di efficientamento energetico del building e le procedure di accesso ai locali fisici.
**Competenze da acquisire**:
**La risorsa al termine del percorso avrà autonomia nella**:
- conoscenza delle procedure che governano i processi di accesso all'interno del Data Center;
- gestione dei ticket aperti dai clienti su attività di cross-connect e remote hands;
- pianificazione delle attività di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria;
- apertura di ticket ingresso per clienti e partner;
- interazione con clienti per richieste di supporto.
**Requisiti**:
- Diploma in Informatica/ Telecomunicazioni e/o Laurea in scienze informatiche, Ingegneria Informatica/ Telecomunicazioni/Elettrica/Energetica
- Interesse e conoscenza dell'infrastruttura di rete e delle parte sistemistica
- Conoscenza delle tecnologie di virtualizzazione
- Precisione e puntualità
- Proattività
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese
