**OVERVIEW**

The Services Portfolio manager is part of the Services function and reports to Services Development Director
As Manager experienced level, the Services Portfolio manager is responsible for AaS service portfolio strategy, road map and related budget definition, development and delivery.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for driving implementation of AsServices portfolio strategy and development processes
- in alignment with Offering and customers’ needs
- Be in charge for innovative logical services blue print process & opportunities definition (preventive and predictive business case, process analytics and related implementation AaS)
- Be inn charge of reinforcing customers experience channels, ensuring effectiveness on solution proposal and value proposition
- Be an effective interface between Offering, Product Management and Product R&D dept., and be able to face top management meeting related to Services Portfoglio (inc.IoT), when its support is needed.
- Deploy Biesse group Services catalogue in collaboration with other functions, first of all Product Management, validating Services and Parts pricing
- Monitoring and analytics of external markets and competitions to identify new services opportunities to address and manage customer request
- Adhere to Agile principles, mindset and operating mode as Services Business owner on Services solutions delivery with IT and external business partners
- Drive Services Pricing Policy

**ABOUT YOU**
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Technology, Mathematics or Engineering or related fields or Diploma with relevant work experience
- 7-10 years of experience in a role of services business development / blueprint (IoT solution in Cloud or SW architectures as a plus)
- Significant experience in servicing customers & selling equipment/services
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- PMP certification or knowledge of portfloglio and project management principles
- Ability to interpret financial and budgeting reports
- Knowledge of Agile Frameworks (Scrum/SAFe)
- Proficient knowledge of Advanced services process definition and IoT solutions
- Excellent Service and Sales Negotiation skills and decision making
- Excellent Customer orientation skills
- Excellent planning and organizing skills
