**Posizione**:
Siamo alla ricerca di un/una **Technical Manager** con esperienza nel settore termotecnico per la gestione operativa e strategica di progetti tecnici custom. La figura avrà un ruolo chiave nel coordinamento del team e nella collaborazione con i reparti aziendali coinvolti nello sviluppo del prodotto e nelle attività produttive.
**Responsabilità principali**
- Coordinare un team tecnico di 13 persone, assicurando performance, motivazione e sviluppo delle competenze.
- Gestire progetti di personalizzazione impianti e soluzioni su richiesta del cliente, garantendo tempi, costi e qualità.
- Collaborare in modo trasversale con i reparti coinvolti nello sviluppo del prodotto e nelle attività produttive come Produzione, Ricerca & Sviluppo e Headquarter.
- Monitorare l’avanzamento dei progetti, definendo priorità e risorse.
- Contribuire al miglioramento continuo dei processi e alla standardizzazione di soluzioni personalizzate.
**Requisiti**:
- Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in un ruolo analogo, all'interno di un'azienda strutturata.
- Formazione técnica (laurea o diploma in ambito tecnico/ingegneristico).
- Competenze nella gestione di team tecnici e nella pianificazione delle attività
- Ottime capacità organizzative e attitudine al problem solving.
- Inglese fluente (parlato e scritto), per l’interazione con HQ e clienti esteri.
- Utilizzo di SAP e principali strumenti informatici.
