Per azienda cliente del settore metalmeccanico ricerchiamo un:
**PLANT MANAGER**

La risorsa avrà la responsabilità di gestire, pianificare e coordinare le attività di produzione del sito con attenzione a tempi, costi e qualità; in affiancamento al team manageriale si occuperà del monitoraggio ed il raggiungimento degli obiettivi, della gestione del budget e delle risorse umane del sito (orientamento al risultato, alla performance).
- Laurea in campo ingegneristico o tecnico, o titolo equivalente
- Esperienza pregressa nella mansione e/o come responsabile di produzione maturata in aziende del settore metalmeccanico
- Buone competenze tecniche dei processi produttivi, di manutenzione e della logística associata
- Flessibilità e Autonomia
- Capacità Organizzative, Leadership e Problem Solving

**Lugo di Lavoro**: Novara
**Orario di Lavoro**: Centrale 8.00 - 17.00

Si offre inserimento diretto in azienda a tempo indeterminato, package retributivo commisurato all’esperienza

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato
