PURPOSE

As part of the Italy Shared Services team, this position is primarily responsible for a variety of activities related to mandatory legal requirements for Health&Safety and Suppliers Management.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support and lead on negotiation with suppliers (new and current);
- Proactively manage suppliers and supplier selection;
- Monitor supplier performance and contract execution, coordinating the delivery of the agreed activities;
- Support with periodical medical checks management;
- Support with periodical H&S mandatory training organization;
- Responsible of the first-aid PPE within the facility;
- Support with customer meetings and internal events

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

2+ years’ experience in similar position; having worked in a multinational environment is considered a plus.

- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good negotiation skills
- Attention to details and accuracy
- Ability to organize activities, handling defined deadlines and working under pressure
- Ability to work independently and to prioritize tasks
- Flexible and able to support our internal staff, acting as point of reference
- Fluent in Italian and English
