Per noi di DPV il **Sales** **Merchandiser** ha una capacità davvero unica**:saper trasformare ogni visita in un’opportunità. **Quando entra nel punto vendita **promuove** con entusiasmo **i prodotti** e crea **relazioni solide** con gli addetti vendita, generando Brand awaraness e consolidando la reputazione del marchio.

Garantisce che i prodotti siano sempre presenti e correttamente esposti: grazie alle sue **doti organizzative** ha bene in mente il numero di quelli in vendita, in stock e da ordinare.

In questo ruolo avrai l’opportunità di sfoggiare le tue tecniche di vendita per raggiungere gli obiettivi del Brand.

**DI COSA TI OCCUPERAI NELLO SPECIFICO?**

Nel ruolo di Sales Merchandiser, per progetto in collaborazione con prestigioso cliente del settore tabacchi, dovrai:

- **formare **gli addetti vendita sui prodotti e le loro caratteristiche;
- **verificare** la quantità di prodotti esposti e a stock;
- **ordinare** i prodotti promossi;
- **monitorare **il rispetto delle linee guida del Brand in termini di esposizione.

Avrai una zona di tua competenza, in cui presiederai un panel di tabaccherie, e per qualunque necessità potrai sempre contare sul tuo Area Manager e su un Team di supporto sempre a disposizione.

**Requisiti**:
**HAI TUTTE LE CARTE IN REGOLA?**

Per diventare Sales Merchandiser è necessario avere:

- ottime doti organizzative;
- orientamento alla negoziazione;
- abilità nella vendita;
- esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di almeno 1 anno;
- patente B (sì, sarai spesso in macchina per raggiungere i punti vendita di tua competenza).

Non sarebbe male anche una buona conoscenza del settore Tabacchi ma, non preoccuparti, su questo ci lavoreremo insieme, con l’adeguata formazione riceverai le linee guida necessarie per lavorare al meglio.

**COSA OFFRIAMO?**
- inserimento diretto, con contratto a tempo determinato della durata iniziale di 12 mesi;
- impegno full-time, dal lunedì al venerdì;
- auto aziendale, carta carburante, Telepass + dotazioni;
- retribuzione fissa + incentivi sulla base dei KPI.
