The high-performing Global Business Solutions Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting and insights, revenue planning, sales & client incentive & policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally.
The Revenue Planning Manager will be joining the high performing Global Monetization Strategy & Operations team (MSO for short). This organized and efficient professional must be flexible and able to wear multiple hats while working closely with our cross functional teams and prioritizing the needs of the team. This role focuses on operations as it relates to revenue enablement for the TikTok Southern European business. In addition, the role will work with cross-functional teams to find trends and proactively find solutions to improve processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage revenue planning: Target setting, forecasting, partnering with management and leadership teams in maintaining an accurate sales pipeline, revenue attainment tracking
- Ensure attainment and bonus calculation: Managing and tracking sales team quotas and calculating commission plan payments
- Orchestrate client pricing and incentives: Managing pricing strategies, discounts and added value policies for clients; this includes reviewing pricing submissions; creating and managing sales incentives
- Drive sales incentives: Creating and managing policies related to sales bonus, sales competitions, client assignment and conflict management
- Foster the adoption of sales tools: Building expert status on TikTok sales tools to provide guidance on how to remove blockers and conduct sales training on ideal system usage
- Administer commercial agreements: Enabling deals with the right partners, establish deal terms and track utilization
- Support reporting & analytics: Creating dashboards and insightful reports to track business KPIs, monitor sales-related metrics, behaviours and recommend best practices and guidelines
- Implement efficiency projects: Determine areas of improvement and driving projects to optimize and automate process
- Foster cross functional collaboration: Cultivating and maintaining strong working relationships with critical business partners (e.g. product, legal, finance)

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in a fast-paced company, e.g. a high growth start-up, professional services company, etc
- Ability to structure complex problems, develop stakeholder pragmatic and impactful solutions, and influence stakeholders in the decision making process
- As a start-up like environment, we are looking for a self-starter, someone who is capable of delivering on goals with mínimal supervision
- We drive decisions using data, so, a high level of proficiency in tools like Microsoft/Google/or similar workplace tools is a must have for success
- We are a global business, to be a success in this role you will need excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English, with either Spanish or Italian language skills being a distinct advantage, due to market

Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with major sales CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce,), Order Management Systems (Operative, FatTail, Prisma, etc.) and Ads Platforms (Google Ads Manager, Facebook, etc.) is a plus
- Experience in media, digital advertising, business intelligence, revenue strategy/operations is a plus
