Au sein de l'entité Global Finance Transformation de Stellantis

Votre mission : Soutenir le programme de transformation des finances en travaillant en coordination avec les responsables des processus mondiaux et les leaders de filière pour mettre en œuvre les processus et l'organisation cibles, conformément à la planification du programme de mise en œuvre de SAP.

Activités:

- Soutenir la convergence des processus comptables.
- Travailler avec les responsables de la filière comptable pour mettre en œuvre un modèle de base fondé sur des politiques, des processus, des systèmes et une organisation commune.
- Identifier, comparer et analyser les écarts entre les processus appliqués au niveau local et les processus cibles définis au niveau global.
- Redéfinir, si nécessaire, les rôles et responsabilités au niveau local, conformément à la structure organisationnelle globale.
- Participer à la préparation des formations pour les principaux projets en cours.
- Participer à la conduite du changement.

**Profil**:

- Connaissance des principaux processus financiers.
- Compétences en analyse de processus et connaissance des outils de base de cartographie/d'analyse de processus (p. ex., RASIC, SIPOC, diagramme de voie de nage, etc.).
- Bonne aptitude à travailler en équipe.
- À l'aise dans l'animation et la conduite des réunions et des discussions.
- Compétences en matière de vision et de communication.
