Siamo alla ricerca per il nostro punto vendita di** Firenze** di n.1 **Sales&Events Manager** da inserire in squadra
**Cosa farai**:
- Elaborazione e presentazione dei preventivi, trattativa commerciale, organizzazione e gestione degli eventi privati e aziendali;
- Stesura di modelli menù per eventi profilati per target/fasce orarie/servizio e punto di vendita;
- Gestione richieste eventi spontanee e attività sales new business;
- Creazione di mailing list tematiche;
- Cooperazione con Area Manager e Restaurant Manager per l'organizzazione e la gestione degli Eventi;
- Promozione del punto di vendita per svolgimento degli eventi anche in Esclusiva Spazi;
- Presa contatto le realtà culturali e istituzionali del territorio al fine di sviluppare sinergie e collaborazioni;
- Proposta e ideazione di strategie di promozione e innalzamento della frequentazione del punto di vendita per target e fasce orarie, sulla base dell'identità del punto di vendita;
- Collaborare con l'ufficio marketing all'organizzazione e allo svolgimento degli eventi dicarattere promozionale sostenuti dall'azienda.
