- British American Tobacco Italy has an exciting opportunity for a Scheduling Internin Trieste (fixed-term).
- This internship provides practical experience in supply chain operations with a focus on production planning and procurement activities. The role involves supporting the management of purchase orders, material activation, delivery tracking, and performance reporting. The intern will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate scheduling and to identify opportunities for process improvement in a dynamic and international environment.
- Your key responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with the coordination of procurement activities and production planning.
- Monitoring material deliveries and ensuring timely updates to relevant systems.
- Managing and maintaining accurate data within enterprise systems.
- Preparing reports to track key performance indicators and support decision-making.
- Supporting continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing operational efficiency.
- What are we looking for?
- Enrollment in a university program in engineering, economics, statistics, or related fields.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems, ideally with experience using planning tools.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Effective communication skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Intermediate to advanced level of Italian and English
