La risorsa ideale avrà i seguenti requisiti:
- Aver maturato un'esperienza anche di breve durata nel ruolo
- Rappresenta un requisito preferenziale la provenienza da una realtà dello stesso settore oppure da studi legali
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese
- Buona padronanza del pacchetto office
