We’re looking for an INFLUENCE MARKETING SPECIALIST
As part of the Media & Distribution area, We Are Social’s Influence Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the teams in building a distribution strategy (stand-alone or part of a broader strategy) that includes the involvement of a third party (influencer, community, media outlet, ecc.).
Key responsibilities
Market knowledge and expertise
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of influence marketing landscape, at International and Italian level;
- Build strong relationships with third parties necessary for an optimal development of an influence marketing strategy;
- Understand, research and share market trends and their evolutions. Being updated on the most relevant campaigns, most significant projects and most effective approaches is key for this role.
Support
Collaborating with each department of the agency, the Influence Marketing Specialist:
- Identifies market trends in order to propose/develop an influence marketing strategy;
- Research and identify main partners with whom to build a relationship;
- Oversee outreach, contracts and ongoing management of influence marketing campaigns;
- Develop creative solutions as part of an influence marketing strategy if needed;
- Identify main KPIs of an influence marketing campaign and analyze results.
Finding solutions and inspiration
- Grow the influence marketing offer at We Are Social and develop innovative processes to increase effectiveness: identification of workflows, tools set-up.

- Ability to build strong relationships among Clients, Partners and Influencers
- Planning and proposing solutions that meets the business needs
- Presentation skills
- English and Italian language proficiency as a must
