Il Gruppo, in costante crescita e sviluppo, ha stabilimenti produttivi sia nel territorio italiano che in Europa con prospettiva di ulteriore crescita e sviluppo internazionale.
**Profilo ricercato**: Product Marketing Manager (BtoB Emea)
Conduce analisi approfondite dei mercati di riferimento nel panorama EMEA, monitorando costantemente le dinamiche dei propri settori di riferimento, incluso lo studio dei trend, delle esigenze dei clienti (acquisiti e prospect) e delle strategie dei competitor principali.
Supervisiona il materiale di Trade Marketing, assicurando una gestione efficace e strategica delle attività di supporto alla vendita, promuove la brand awareness nei canali sales.
Monitora i mercati al fine di identificarne le opportune strategie di marketing e business, analizza la concorrenza e le soluzioni maggiormente innovative dei portafogli prodotti, studiando e individuando nuove applicazioni; dialoga costantemente e collabora con i vari enti aziendali e dipartimenti: Engineering, Manufacturing e Quality department al fine di individuare e proporre soluzioni e contenuti tecnici allineati alle nuove tendenze e alle esigenze dei clienti
**Skills e technical skills**: si richiede una significativa esperienza maturata in Product Marketing Management - in Marketing Analyst sviluppata in aziende multinazionali di beni di largo consumo, FMCG, mass market.
Capacità organizzative e di coordinamento progetti, sensibilità e predisposizione verso le tematiche di sostenibilità
