Field Account Manager

The challenge

What you will do

You will transfer and implement sales and marketing plans on the field market, maximizing revenue and margin targets.

You will develop and maintain profitable interactions with the customers of competence favoring information flows of mutual usefulness, covering completely the management of the local customer.

Specifically, you’ll be in charge of:
- Drafting local contracts with purchasing Groups and their members for the implementation of areas of visibility dedicated to the Brand Candy, Hoover, Haier and for the achievement of specific targets- Pushing the assortment adhesion in line with grids agreed with customers- Verifying the implementation of marketing plans in stores- Coordinating Brand Ambassadors and Promoters on the field area of competence- Managing and developing display share and OOS resolution- Analysing competition data and gathering insights into it- Verifying stock to ensure linear and promotional sales- Analysing sales data of individual customers in relation to market trends for the product families managed by the company- Managing after-sales service aspects related to the clients followed- Pushing local sell in orders- Coordinating training courses for customer sales staff- Collaborating with Marketing and Sales Sell In to identify business development opportunities at the point of sale

What you need to succeed

Must have- At least 3 years of experience in a Regional Account or Area Manager role- Negotiating skills and ability to work by objectives- Analytical skills- Entrepreneurial spirit and approach- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint- Good knowledge of English- Availability for frequent trips

Nice to have- Degree in Economics- Previous experience in people management

Strong PLUS is an experience in the White Sector and knowledge of the GDS.
