Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2025 at our site in Modena. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career

The Development & Technology organisation in Tetra Pak develops know-how, products, technologies, and solutions to sustainably fuel our company's growth. Within Development and Technology, Top Issues Programme has been created to enable net sales growth by providing solutions that secure performance of our packaging lines installed at different customer’s sites around the world. We are now looking for a **Future Talent - Product Owner** who will lead and manage a cross functional, diverse and international team to deliver these solutions with maximized value for our business and organizational objectives. You'll be at the heart of development, combining technical expertise with leadership and project management skills to make a real difference.

This is a permanent position, you will be based in Modena, Italy, but you will work in a global arena.

**What you will do**:

- Integrate the multiple related activities to deliver the overall project scope and objectives.
- Define, communicate and manage project scope, objectives and deliverables based on stakeholders’ requirements.
- Develop, execute, manage and communicate the project plan.
- Define, communicate and manage the project budget.
- Define, plan and manage systematic quality activities to meet project requirements through employing necessary processes, methods and tools.
- Create and lead the project organization based on project deliverables and define roles, responsibilities and objectives.
- Develop and implement a communication plan based on stakeholders needs and expectations.
- Develop and implement a risk management plan.

**We believe you have**:

- You have a Master’s Degree in Engineering (Graduation between 2024-2025).
- It is possible that you have experience working in other engineering companies.
- You are passionate about innovation, sustainability, and leading teams to success.
- You have strong informal leadership skills to create strong professional relationships inside and outside the company.
- You are recognized as reliable and trustworthy team player.
- You are a self-motivated, disciplined, structured and well-organized person.
- You have a pragmatic approach.
- You are fluent in English, written and spoken.
- You have good communications skills, written and spoken.
- Previous international studies/experience are considered meritorious.
