**What you will do as a Project Assistant
**We are looking for experienced Project Assistant to assist in the effective delivery of projects by providing administrative and technical support to the Project Manager. This role will be a combination of office and site based. We are seeking an enthusiastic, optimistic, conscientious and experienced person with excellent communication skills and technical ability preferably within an engineering consultancy environment.
**In this role you will:
- **Establish and control the project data system at the request of QHSE; Upload all project documents on BOX**
- **Use computer software to create correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, spreadsheets, and databases**:

- **Organise, maintain and update data systems (hard and soft record systems)**:

- **Participate in the preparation of project outputs and process procedures**:

- **Perform logístical work for project workshops**:

- **Visit the construction site upon request**:

- **Communicating with the Client as well as project stakeholders to update data/information or arrange project issues (seminars, project progress payment deadlines, basic contracts for the project, etc.)**:

- **Assistance in the procurement process (related to the preparation of tender documents)
**This role might be right for you if you have:
- **Experience in project management in the construction or water/maritime industry sectors**:

- **Experience in using MS Project or equivalent**:

- **Experience in managing contracts would be an advantage**:

- **Project management qualifications would be an advantage
