**Position Summary**

The SCM/Logistics Analyst, reporting to SCM & Logistics Sr. Manager, will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to advice & implement the best decision/solution related to Supply Chain and Logistics area for maximizing the sales/quality, while minimizing the cost. This role is an important part of Samsung S&OP /IBP process, to allow the stakeholders to make a efficient / timely decision, by providing business visibility to the management level.

**Role and Responsibilities**

**Key Responsibilities**:
[SCM Analysis]
- Be part of the important S&OP and IBP process, providing insightful analysis on the forecast, sellin/sellout, own inventory / channel inventory for Samsung products.
- Develop dashboards and conduct analysis highlighting Performances and KPIs for Inventory, Sales, Channel stock, Sellout, forecast, and participate in the continuous improvement plans.
- Anticipate the potential risk, and escalate to the relevant stakeholders to manage in timely manner.
- Analyse the trend of sell-out from each channel / POS, detect the possible stock-out channel, sales order status, and suggest the proper supply plan or allocation to sales team.
- Detect the models / channels with slow sales, and actively deliver the implication / action items to relevant people to prepare proper sellout promotion activities.
- Participate to new SCM projects (AI, Retail, Online).

[Logistics Analysis]
- Creation and Managing of a Dashboard and reports highlighting Performances for Transport, Warehousing, Reverse Logistics.
- Monitor & Collect Service KPIs for Transport & Warehouse activities Internally and Externally from third Parties and lead continuous improvement plans on below area;
- Warehouse / Inventory related : Capa monitoring / simulation, abnormal inventory, aging, etc.
- Transportation related : Transportation leadtime, outstanding delivery, D2C delivery, IOD/POD control, Inbound tracking, L/T, etc
- Reverse logistics related : Return (DtC and B2B), leadtime,etc
- Cost related : logistics cost, abnormal cost, etc
- Anticipate the potential risk, and escalate to the relevant stakeholders to manage in timely manner.
- Coordinate & Support collaboration between 3PL/4PL and commercial, SCM, SVC, to manage the logistics issues.
- Participate to new logistics projects or collaboration projects with customers.

**Skills and Qualifications**

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Educational Background: Master / Bachelor in SCM, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or in Data Science.
- Computer Knowledge: Excellent Office package especially Excel. Excel Macro skill is preferred.
- Language Knowledge: Good written & spoken English & Italian (day to day communication with a tutor will be in English)
- Others: Excellent analytical skill & intelligence, Good communication / coordination skill with customers or with other teams.
- Travel required: less than 5%
