Bulgari S.p.A., within its **Leather Goods & Accessories Business Unit **based in **Rome**, is looking for an energetic and passionate LG&A International Marketing Specialist.

As **LG&A International Marketing Specialist**, the profile will support the Manager in developing and ensuring the excellent execution of the marketing & communication strategies and plans in the assigned area of responsibility, to support the achievement of business objectives and maximize brand awareness and desirability.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with Manager in defining LGA global and local marketing plans synchronization throughout all communication touchpoints, both online and offline;
- Define LGA E-commerce strategy and yearly action plan in partnership with Manager, central E-commerce team and according to LGA key business priorities (product/market/budget);
- Define LGA CRM strategy and yearly action plan in partnership with Manager, central CRM team and according to LGA key business priorities (product/market/budget);
- Develop in cooperation with Manager & local Marketing teams the marketing plans to support the category. Be the single point of reference for the identified market/region to develop and execute with excellence local marketing plans on the category and identify points of improvement/opportunities to further develop the category in the Country;
- Support the manager in developing category technical shooting (main collection & special projects including KCPs, High-End, External Collaborations Capsules, MTO, etc.);
- Develop LGA 360° launch packages for key category initiatives in cooperation with Central Brand & Communication teams;
- Lead the development of LGA Monthly Newsletter to be shared with Top Management and the rest of the organization (including markets).

Profilo

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 3-5 years’ experience in a Marketing or Communication Team. Digital & E-commerce and luxury/fashion experience will be considered as a plus;
- Project management;
- Proficient in MS Office suite (especially Excel and Power Point).
- Fluency in both written and spoken Italian and English.
