As commis chef you will assist different station chefs (chef de partie) in our kitchen. You will help to prepare ingredients and do any tasks the chef de partie needs assistance with.

You will be regularly moved around the kitchen so you will assist different chefs discovering your specialism.

You will be in charge to receive the regular deliveries of fresh ingredients and to help carry and unpack. You will quicky learn where everything goes goes and learn about the general running of a kitchen. You will be responsible of kitchen cleaining as well as preparing vegetables

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Previous experience in a culinary field in hospitality
DiplomaCertification in a Culinary discipline an asset
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Highly responsible & reliable
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team
Ability to focus attention on guest and colleagues needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
