**Responsibilities**:

- Support events planning and organization (conferences, lunch meetings, webinars, etc.).
- Support in the creation and adaptation of marketing materials.
- Manage content uploads on local websites (DWS.it and Xtrackers.it) to implement various launched campaigns and optimize general content (themes, trends, focus products, etc.).
- Monitor and follow up on actions carried out through KPIs, collect results from various platforms, and prepare reports.
- Assist in setting up a local social media strategy in line with our objectives,
- Coordinate with the EMEA Marketing Team and Global SoMe Team.
- Collaborate with agencies for the development and execution of marketing projects.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Marketing / Digital Marketing.
- Dynamic and versatile, well-suited to teamwork.
- Good knowledge of online marketing and social media.
- Familiarity with digital strategy analysis tools.
- Languages: Excellent English.
- Proficiency in Office and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms is a plus.
