Job Purpose: To work across the full life cycle of learning; from the analysis, introduction, design, delivery and evaluation. To identify and deliver inspiring and value adding L&D and D&I solutions across Lipsy Group creating a strong culture of learning and inclusion, in order to drive performance. L&D - Support with identifying training needs across the Head Office team on an organisational, department and individual level - Bring new and exciting ideas that challenge the current way we provide learning solutions - Produce blended L&D initiatives to implement business wide, in a cost effective way - Design engaging workshops and e-learning content - Facilitate workshops for manager and non-manager populations - Evaluate and report on impact of training programmes - Drive a high engagement learning culture across the business, particularly a receptive culture to e-learning - Develop managers to be able to support learning in their teams - Provide coaching support for individuals in line with their personal development plan - Work with leaders and HR to design and deliver team day solutions and follow up meetings on strategic deliverables - Manage the L&D budget, ensuring optimum return on investment - Contribute to the performance management process D&I - Work closely with the L&D Manager to drive the D&I strategy and deliver tangible solutions and interventions - Work with the Internal Communications Manager to create and deliver a communication plan that helps to promote, engage and embed diversity and inclusion initiatives across the Lipsy Group culture - Deliver D&I training across the business and contribute to the design of additional modules year on year - Support the D&I Ambassadors and meet with them on a monthly basis to facilitate educational and topical conversations - Manage the D&I budget Skills & Experience - Strong Partnering Skills (questioning, communication etc.) - Highly skilled influencer - Exceptionally strong interpersonal skills to build and develop valued relationships across the business - Confident and engaging facilitation style - Creativity and innovation - Strong organisational and planning skills - Strong attention to detail - Strong communication skills (both verbally and in writing) - Highly team orientated along with the ability to work collaboratively with others - High standard of integrity and discretion
