Per la sede stiamo cercando un **Responsabile Risorse Umane.** Coordinandosi con la Direzione e il team Risorse Umane si occuperà dell’acquisizione, dello sviluppo e della gestione delle Persone dell’organizzazione, favorendo un buon clima aziendale e valorizzando i talenti. Contribuirà a migliorare sia la produttività dell’organizzazione che il suo benessere culturale promuovendone il cambiamento.
**MANSIONI**:
- Propone e implementa strategie di sviluppo delle risorse umane per migliorare le competenze e il potenziale delle persone;
- Collabora con i Responsabili per stabilire piani di sviluppo delle carriere, identificando opportunità di crescita e formazione;
- È responsabile della pianificazione e gestione delle assunzioni all’interno dell’organizzazione. Questo può includere la definizione dei requisiti dei ruoli, la creazione di annunci di lavoro, la collaborazione con i responsabili interni per identificare le esigenze di personale e la pianificazione delle strategie di selezione;
- Monitora e valuta le performance e i sistemi incentivanti (MBO individuali e Premio Collettivo);
- Gestisce la politica retributiva, in conformità con i principi di equità e competitività del mercato del lavoro;
- Supervisiona la gestione delle pratiche amministrative relative agli inserimenti, trasformazioni e delle uscite (dimissioni, licenziamenti, transazioni) in conformità con la normativa vigente;
**REQUISITI**
- Consolidata esperienza nel ruolo per almeno 8-10 anni, maturata presso aziende con particolare attenzione alla gestione delle risorse umane, fortemente orientate al mercato B2C;
- Consolidata esperienza nell’implementazione dei principali processi HR e della normativa del lavoro;
- Ottime capacità relazionali comunicative e organizzative;
- Candidato/a con capacità di team-leading, in grado di organizzare e coordinare un gruppo di lavoro.
- Capacità di visione sistemica
**INQUADRAMENTO**
- Contratto part time, tempo indeterminato, con orari flessibili;
- Inquadramento commisurato all’esperienza, settore commercio
**REQUISITI PREFERENZIALI**:
- Residenza in zona
- Conoscenza lingua inglese
