Per importante studio dentistico ricerchiamo un/una SEGRETARIA/O FRONT OFFICE con i seguenti requisiti.
Pregressa esperienza in ruolo analogo
Attitudine al lavoro in gruppo
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata
Buone capacità organizzative,
Flessibilità
Problem solving
Dimestichezza all'utilizzo del computer e software gestionali
Completano il profilo ottime doti relazionali e comunicative, riservatezza e grande precisione.

**Mansioni**:
Accoglienza pazienti,
Gestione delle agende
Gestione fatturazione e pagamenti,
Gestione di tutti i sistemi di comunicazione inbound e outbound

**Contratto di lavoro**: full time, a tempo determinato 12 mesi - CCNL degli studi professionali con l'obiettivo di trasformare il contratto ad un tempo indeterminato.

**Sede di lavoro**: Milano
