**WHO YOU WILL BE**

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate person to join our team at ARAD. As a** Marketing Intern**, you will be working closely with the Partner in charge of Marketing activities and special Projects, including the support to Business Development activities. You will collaborate closely with our strategic partners to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns, oversee day-to-day events and digital campaigns operations, support Business Development campaigns, and drive growth and success on ARAD channels.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

**Business Development**:

- Support in the asset creation for the different campaign and coordinate the internal and external teams to make it happens
- Contribute to the preparation of presentations and sales materials.
- Maintain and update the client and prospect database.

**Digital Marketing**:

- Create digital content, including social media posts, blogs, and newsletters.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing detailed reports and suggestions for improvements.

**Event Management**:

- Support the organization and management of company events, webinars, and conferences.
- Coordinate communication with event participants and partners.
- Assist in creating promotional materials and managing event logistics.

**WHAT YOU MUST HAVE**
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics, or related fields (or in progress).
- Strong interest in digital marketing and business development.
- Good writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of graphic software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus
