**EMEA Junior Product Manager Graduate Job**:
Remote Eligible: Hybrid

Onsite Location(s):
Milan, MI, IT

**Key responsibilities**:

- Support the Senior Product Manager in the creation and development of value messaging and marketing collateral
- Support the management of Spinal Cord Stimulator (SCS) & Radiofrequency (RF) portfolio, helping the Senior Product Manager position and manage key products within the active markets.
- Work with local and EMEA teams for execution of marketing campaign and implementation of strategic commercial activities.
- Develop an understanding of the key activities necessary to be successful as a marketer, managing upstream and downstream activities.
- Gain exposure to KPI and metric generation to build compelling internal proposals and gain alignment in a highly active and fast-moving organization

**Knowledge, Skill and Requirements**:

- Recent Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sciences, or Business Administration
- Fluency in English, Italian and any additional language is an advantage
- Strong presentation, writing and organizational skills.
- Collaborative, adaptable and fast learner: able to absorb new tools and approaches
- Business Acumen: demonstrate understanding of fundamental principles and drivers of business performance.
- Creativity: supporting development of solutions for diverse customer challenges
