_Siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa che si unisca al nostro team di Administration Services/Customer Support come Support Internship nella business school più internazionale d'Italia. Sarà incaricato del corretto funzionamento delle classi e di fornire supporto tecnico all’attività accademica, oltre a seguire le richieste di supporto tecnico interne. La posizione riporterà al “Campus Support”, che a sua volta riporterà al “Head of Administration”_
- Attività principali:_
- _Helpdesk e manutenzione hardware nelle classi._
- _Helpdesk e manutenzione su Laptop e Cellulari aziendali_
- Installazione nuovi software/hardware e manutenzione dei sistemi esistenti
- Gestione delle principali richieste degli studenti
- Requisiti_
- _Conoscenza dei sistemi operativi Windows 10 / 11;_
- _Conoscenza di Office 365;_
- _Conoscenza di base delle ultime versioni di Android;_
- _Conoscenza delle principali procedure in campo di Troubleshooting;_
- _Conoscenza di base del TCP/IP;_
- _Conoscenza di base di Excel e sue principali formule;_
- _Diploma ad indirizzo tecnico o equivalente;_
- _Conoscenza della lingua inglese (B1);_
- _Capacità organizzative e di proattività;_
- _Attitudine al supporto agli utenti;_
- _L'esperienza pregressa nel campo dell’helpdesk costituisce un plus;_
- _Conoscenza di un qualunque CRM costituisce un plus;_

Contratto di lavoro: Apprendistato

Retribuzione: €600,00 al mese
