- Reporting directly to the CISO, the Data Compliance & Governance Manager will support the Group CISO to develop the Group Data Governance strategy and road map, ensuring that the overall approach is aligned with Group policies and objectives and international best practices in terms of Security, efficiency, and regulations.-
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- The position has responsibility to drive Data Governance and Compliance for Prada Group. More specifically, the key tasks include:
- Lead end to end Data / Change management projects through areas including Data Governance, Information Protection, Data loss prevention
- Ownership and drive the strategy and design of the steering model based on Data management, lead the implementation through a prioritized and action-oriented program
- Ensure Data security with the established framework meeting the key standards and requirements
- Creation and maintenance of a Data flow mapping and a Data Catalogue and documentation
- Act as an interface between strategy and execution, business and IT

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
- A bachelor's degree in information security or a related field is required- At least 6 years of work experience within a Data governance or IT compliance related field- Strong knowledge of information security principles, practices, and industry standards- End to end experience with Data Governance and Data Quality & Data protection topics- Project Management skills and relevant certifications- Experience in implementing or managing Privacy Information Management Systems (PIMSs) according to ISO27701 requirements- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and also within a team environment- Have effective communication skills including written, verbal, and presentation- Fluency in English
