L'insegna in Italia nasce nel **1994** e segna un momento di straordinario cambiamento nel mondo del discount nazionale, dando inizio al rinnovo del settore grazie alla formula **"assortimento di qualità, marca e prezzi bassi”.** **Posizione**: Per l’Headquarter Italia ricerchiamo un/una: **TECHNICAL MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST - CENTRO ITALIA** che, inserito/a nella Direzione Construction e riportando direttamente al Technical Maintenance Center Coordinator, si occuperà di: - Assicurare il corretto svolgimento dei re-building, delle opere di ristrutturazione e i nuovi format di lay-out dei negozi. - Assicurare lo svolgimento della manutenzione così da garantire lo standard di qualità aziendale, l'efficienza delle strutture, degli impianti e dei macchinari, operando nel rispetto del budget pianificato. - Assicurare l'esecuzione degli investimenti tecnici per i negozi esistenti nel rispetto delle procedure e degli standard aziendali. - Effettuare la verifica técnica dei punti vendita per appurarne lo status-quo e censire i "cespiti tecnici". **Requisiti**: Requisiti: - Laurea in Ingegneria/Architettura oppure Diploma di Geometra / Perito edile/Elettrotecnico. - Conoscenza applicativi: Autocad - Excel. - Gradita esperienza di 2/3 anni in aziende della GDO, Retail, Imprese di costruzioni o Facility **RICHIESTA LA DISPONIBILITA’ A TRASFERTE SU TUTTO IL TERRITORIO.
