per azienda partner, operante nel settore della ristrutturazione civile, un/una Construction Manager.
**Descrizione del ruolo**:
Il Construction Manager sarà presente full-time in cantiere e sarà responsabile della gestione operativa, della sicurezza e della supervisione delle attività.
Sarà il preposto alla sicurezza (necessario il possesso dell’attestato di preposto), e dovrà verificare l’accesso dei fornitori al cantiere e la corretta applicazione delle misure di sicurezza (DPI). Collaborerà strettamente con il Project Manager e dovrà monitorare gli approvvigionamenti e i ritardi nei lavori e materiali.
**Responsabilità principali del/della Construction Manager**:
Supervisione delle attività di cantiere
Verifica della sicurezza (compreso l'uso dei DPI)
Monitoraggio degli approvvigionamenti e dei tempi di lavoro
Collaborazione con il PM per la gestione delle varianti progettuali
Gestione della documentazione e smaltimento dei rifiuti
Verifica e gestione degli stati di avanzamento lavori (SAL)
**Requisiti del/della Construction Manager**:
Almeno 10 anni di esperienza come Construction Manager / Site Manager
Attestato di preposto obbligatorio
Esperienza nella gestione economica e operativa dei cantieri
Esperienza nella negoziazione con fornitori e subappaltatori
Capacità di supervisione técnica e operativa
Disponibilità al trasferimento su diversi cantieri (anche in altre regioni)
Conoscenza di MS Project e dei principali programmi di CAD
**Luogo di Lavoro**: Genova (GE)
Si offre contratto di collaborazione, P.Iva o Co.Co.Co.
Full Time da Lunedì a Venerdì più 4 ore il sabato
