Support to Supply Chain - PRRPs team with growing responsibilities,

Redistribution of tasks to allow a better organisation among the team and point of contact for different stakeholders.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**

For PRRPs products:

- Monitoring and Management of the following systems: Azure, Kinaxis, SAP, Rapid Response, etc...
- Check, daily (if needed) / weekly / monthly, the IMS / Shipment / Stock / Stock duration / delivery / etc..
- Data actualization (needed to develop new SOP scenarios)
- Any activity needed to launch a new SKUs (NPI) and/or NEW category (example ORAL - incoming)
- Attend the following weekly/monthly meeting like: NPI, Brand Deployment, Distributor, Operation etc..
- Management of SOP Scenarios (weekly / monthly)
- Weekly monitoring Logista stock level
- Weekly monitoring Bat eCOM Warehouses stock level
- Management of eCOM stock
- Management of monthly order BAT vs Distributor (Logista)
- Management of monthly overstock
- Management of any criticality Supply Chain related (EM vs factory / EM vs MARKETING-SPI)
- Production Check / Product Change request
- Weekly report to Operation (stock level, APO/KINAXIS demand, etc..)
- Support Slide preparation for the monthly cycle meetings
- Any ad-hoc request close to Business (eg ad-hoc stock projection in case of delisting / LEPs intro / etc)
- Sample Management / Ad hoc delivery from factories / Ad hoc request for Research purpose
- Provide based on scenarios developed Leftover / Write off exposure and monitoring of accrual and actual.
- Ensure the finished good and/or damage goods are properly monitored according to BAT guideline
- Ability to improve efficiency and effectiveness of processes thereby impacting speed, quality and relevance of insights to the business

**EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE**

**Experience Required**

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite in particular of Excel and Power Point.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to details.
- Oriented to work by objectives and achieve results.

- Openness, flexibility and willingness to adapt to a changing environment, plus managing multiple tasks in parallel.
- Ability to manage time limits and deadlines.
- Advanced knowledge of written and spoken English
- Advanced knowledge of written and spoken Italian

**Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required**

- University degree in Statistics, Engineering, Economics and Business (Master degree is an advantage).
