**Job Description Summary**: The MMS Zone Leader is responsible for the delivery of Multivendor contracts in the sub-Region and ensure Customer Satisfaction and Service Delivery Excellence by managing quality of delivery and meet Customer’s needs in collaboration with the other internal figures. They will report directly to the Director of Services of their zone.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the delivery on Multivendor contracts within their zone of responsibility, optimizing service capabilities and cost productivity initiatives
- Ensure successful implementation and execution of MMS projects and solutions. Collaborate with MMS Operations Leader & Svc Sales team on MMS projects design.
- Be one of the local cross-functional point of reference for MMS projects and delivery on contracts
- Participate to Go-lives of MMS projects, leading a smooth deployment of actions/activities
- Accountable for leading the Site Leaders to ensure operative effectiveness by providing ongoing direction and guidance.
- Responsible for new contracts start-up. Act as point of contact to the customer for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns related to the delivery of MMS contracts, in coordination with the Area Service Managers
- Work closely with the ASMs and be part of TA (Temporary Association/Consortium) meeting or in front of the Customer (periodical or extraordinary)
- Identify potential selling opportunities or upgrades related to MMS projects

**Required Qualifications**
- Degree in Electronic Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, IT engineering or similar field or High school diploma plus deep and valuable experience in the healthcare industry in similar roles
- Former experience in multivendor contracts management
- Deep knowledge of healthcare business and Multivendor product lines
- Proven leadership skills
- Available to travel frequently
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Ability to interact at several levels in the organization and to manage different stakeholders, both internal and external
- Ability to motivate a team, take care of their development and growth
