Arcese offers the possibility of a placement in the Customer Service team, at its headquarters in Rovereto (TN).

**YOUR CHALLENGE WILL BE**:

- Building and developing relationships with customers based on trust and competence;
- Understand customer needs, provide support with effective handling of enquiries and complaints;
- Manage order-in through our computer systems, from which we also analyse volumes and kpi.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- You are comfortable satisfying customers;
- You are fluent in english;
- You are a people person.
