**Il Ruolo**:
Il Mechanical Project Leader, in collaborazione la Design Authority e il Product Program Manager, inserito all'interno del team di Program Engineering, si occuperà della definizione dei requisiti tecnici e della roadmap per lo sviluppo dei prodotti a lui affidati, coordinando a livello tecnico il team di Product Developer a lui/lei assegnati.
In particolare dovrà:
- In collaborazione con il Product Program Manager, gestire il team di sviluppo prodotto sia per gli sviluppi interni che esterni, assicurandone il rispetto degli standard qualitativi;
- Analizzare e definire le caratteristiche del Prodotto e garantire che lo stesso offra i livelli di prestazione attesi;
- Organizzare e condurre analisi e review sul design del prodotto;
- Sviluppare un approccio design-to-cost;
- Gestire i requisiti del prodotto garantendo la tracciabilità dei requisiti stessi e garantire che ogni requisito del prodotto sia stato soddisfatto, collaborando con V&V durante l'intero ciclo di sviluppo;
- Gestire: configurazione del prodotto, Change Managemente e delivery;
- In collaborazione con il Product Program Manager, fornire una stima del QCD sulle offerte, supportando i System Application Architect nelle fasi di Gap Analysis.
**I Requisiti**:
- Laurea in Ingegneria, ad indirizzo meccanico;-
- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi, all'interno di realtà strutturate;-
- Proattività e buone dote comunicative;-
- Disponibile a trasferte;-
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.- La società incaricata della selezione è Human Value.
