**Description** **Enterprise Architecture Team **, within Platform & Aplplication Division** is group of the area experts professionals, whose evalute projects according to technical, governance & compliance requirements. **To extend expertise** in the team we are looking for: **Global Enterprise Architect for Manufacturing and Engineering.** **This role give opportunity to **collaborate with different business across Hitachi organizaton,** be a part of** complex transition from the current distributed IT architecture landscape to a central managed IT architecture landscape and** lead **the development of IT policies and standards that drive business success **Your involvement**: - ** Challenges the IT architecture and IT service landscape** regarding content and process and makes recommendations for improvements. - ** Develop and maintain roadmap **of initiatives within the domain of responsibility **Your background**: **Education& experienc**e**: - ** Degree in information management, computer systems, business engineering or similar**: - ** 10+ years of IT experience within the relevant IT domain**: - Superior analytical skills and a deep understanding of the overall context of business processes and IT technologies - Excellent experience in objectively evaluating IT solutions and making recommendations - Superior experience to translate business requirements into IT capabilities and solutions - Superior experience in leading IT people who do not report directly - Superior experience of identifying and resolving issues between team members or other teams - Excellent experience in project planning and execution as well as economic aspects of system management and life cycle - Above 5 experiences in working in a non-native country and culture - Fluent spoken and written English **Domain-specific Skills and Knowledge**: - ** Technical Skills** Systems Thinking: Understanding the complex relationships between various components of IT infrastructure and business processes. Architectural Frameworks: Understanding of frameworks like TOGAF, Zachman, or FEAF to design and implement effective enterprise architectures.
