We are currently seeking a Sales/Order Administration & analysis Intern who will report to the Supply Chain Director as part of our dynamic team with particular attention to Customer Service Department and Pricing&Inventory Department.

Your opportunity

You will form an integral part of the Supply Chain Team within the Integrated Logistics Business Unit, providing exceptional service to internal clients. You will achieve the highest level of satisfaction through masterdata management, order entry activity, overseeing WW inventory for the entire organization working closely with operations and regional inventory managers, discovering and analyzing discrepancies and improving the inventory control systems in place. This is a challenging position in a stimulating environment.

How you will contribute
- Research and collect data
- Use our organization’s internal mainframe systems to manage customer masterdata, orders as well as the prices and inventory activities.
- Adhere to precision, quality and timing standards to ensure the best quality service in sales&order administration
- Communicate and collaborate with internal departments in order to reach the goal
- Contribute to the development and execution of planned activities

Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree
- Data entry experience or related office experience
- Attention to detail
- An expert in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Precision, proactivity, problem solving, good interpersonal and organizational skills, predisposition to work for objectives.
- Excellent analytical skills and proactive detail-oriented person who is able to regularly meet deadlines
- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
